Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@darapearls.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions by email.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
